Investing in massage is an investment in your health. We work with more than just the physical aspects of the tissues. We realize the tissues speak of the person's own life journey.  Healing goes beyond our physical needs. It's what we hold onto emotionally and store in our tissues that eventually manifests into physical pain.

Body Somatic therapy is centered around Eastern philosophy. It's focused on the fascia which is the connective tissue throughout the body. Fascia becomes glued down, knotted and hardened through our physical activities, injuries, emotional traumas, and the progression of aging. Body Somatic therapy is a combination of techniques from Hellerwork, Rolfing, Trigger Point therapy, Cranial Sacral, Acupressure, Chakra balancing, and more. We're interested in treating the whole person; body, mind and spirit. The session is tailored around your individual needs. We are dedicated to helping you achieve optimal health.

Massage sessions are available is 30, 45, 60, 90, or 120 minute intervals.

 Ear candling is available in a 20-30 minute sessions.
